New London motorist faces five charges
A deputy from the Henry County Sheriff?s Office and an officer from the New London Police Department investigated a vehicle rollover on July 16, at the intersection of 312th Street and New London Road.

A deputy from the Henry County Sheriff?s Office and an officer from the New London Police Department investigated a vehicle rollover on July 16, at the intersection of 312th Street and New London Road.
The investigation revealed that a Dodge Durango had rolled over. The driver of the Durango was identified as Tony G. Doerr, of New London.
Upon further investigation, it was found that Doerr was driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Doerr was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; driving without a valid driver?s license; failure to maintain control; failure to provide proof of financial liability in an accident; and fraudulent use of registration.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
