Scott and Amy Lowe of Mt. Pleasant received a $40,000 grant from the City of Mt. Pleasant Wednesday night, contingent upon their purchase of the Temple Twin Theatre, located on Main Street. The purchase is expected to be finalized in mid-February. The Lowes plan numerous upgrades to the theater and building.
