New website provides wellness information
As part of the Jefferson County Wellness Coalition?s efforts to re-brand itself as Let?sGoJeffCo, a new website has been launched at www.letsgojeffco.com.
?What we tried to do is create one-stop shopping for Jefferson County residents interested in any area of physical activity, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle change,? said Ken Daley of the steering committee.

?What we tried to do is create one-stop shopping for Jefferson County residents interested in any area of physical activity, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle change,? said Ken Daley of the steering committee.
Daley encouraged anyone with a physical or fitness activity, event or service to enter it into the website?s interactive directory. The more people making use of the searchable database, the more valuable it becomes, he said.
