No injuries following accident Tuesday
No injuries were sustained following a two- vehicle accident on Tuesday, March 26.
According to police reports, Erin Martin, of Washington, failed to yield upon a left-hand turn and collided with another vehicle, operated by Lisa Waddell, of Wellman. The accident occured at the corner of West Madison Street and Highway 1 at approximatley 8:25 a.m.
No injuries were reported at the scene; however, the two vehicles sustained over $1,500 of damages. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Martin was cited for failure to yeield.
