No injuries following two-vehicle accident
One has been cited for unsafe passing following a two-vehicle accident.
The Henry County Sheriff?s Office was called to the intersection of Nebraska Avenue and Highway 34 on Saturday, June 27.

One has been cited for unsafe passing following a two-vehicle accident.
The Henry County Sheriff?s Office was called to the intersection of Nebraska Avenue and Highway 34 on Saturday, June 27.
According to reports, a freightliner semi-tractor, driven by Thomas Durgin, 59, of Burlington, was attempting to pass a Mertina McClellon, 37, of Burlington, who was driving a Chevrolet Impala, when he made contact with the driver?s side rear of the Impala.
No injuries were reported following the accident. Durgin was cited for unsafe passing, a simple misdemeanor.
