No injuries in Fairfield collision

FAIRFIELD - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision that occurred Wednesday morning in Fairfield.

The accident happened just before 8 a.m. at the intersection of West Burlington Avenue and South 32nd Street, prompting a response from CARE Ambulance, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and Fairfield Police Department. The Fairfield Fire Department applied chemical dry to clean up a chemical spill.

The names of the drivers have not been released.
