No injuries were reported after a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of South Grand Ave. and East Linden Drive on Friday, Dec. 1.

No injuries were reported after a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of South Grand Ave. and East Linden Drive on Friday, Dec. 1.
According to police reports, Jaxon Hoyle, of Mt. Pleasant, was operating a Pontiac Grand Am south bound on Grand Ave. and failed to stop his vehicle before running into the back of a Toyota RAV4, operated by Kurt Rosenberg, of Mt. Pleasant. Rosenberg was stopped, waiting to turn into East Linden Dr.
The total combined damage to both vehicles was estimated at $12,000. Hoyle was issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
