Olds man arrested following disturbance
An Olds resident has been arrested following an alleged domestic disturbance on Thursday, Dec. 8, in the 200 block of West Third Avenue in Olds.
Douglas Mark Swanson, 57, was arrested by Henry County Sheriff?s deputies and charged with domestic abuse assault and fourth degree criminal mischief; both are classified as simple misdemeanors.

An Olds resident has been arrested following an alleged domestic disturbance on Thursday, Dec. 8, in the 200 block of West Third Avenue in Olds.
Douglas Mark Swanson, 57, was arrested by Henry County Sheriff?s deputies and charged with domestic abuse assault and fourth degree criminal mischief; both are classified as simple misdemeanors.
Swanson was taken to the Henry County Jail where he remained until his initial court appearance.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
