Ottumwa man arrested for driving without a license
An Ottumwa man was arrested for driving without a license on Sunday, July 26.
The Henry County Sheriff?s Office conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation in the 1600-grid of Oakland Mills Road at approximately 3:06 a.m.
Upon investigation, James Murphy, 43, of Ottumwa, was arrested and charged with driving under revocation, a serious misdemeanor, and driving left of the centerline, a simple misdemeanor.

The Henry County Sheriff?s Office conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation in the 1600-grid of Oakland Mills Road at approximately 3:06 a.m.
Upon investigation, James Murphy, 43, of Ottumwa, was arrested and charged with driving under revocation, a serious misdemeanor, and driving left of the centerline, a simple misdemeanor.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
