Sitting on a narrow ledge in a second story window with the sun beating down and a thermometer reading of 93 degrees has to be uncomfortable by any standard. However, painter Leagh Janell said as he climbed down the scaffolding, ?It?s not too bad. I take frequent breaks and drink plenty of water.? Janell then walked across the street to the shade in Central Park for one of his frequent breaks.
