Parade in reverse
The Salem Crew Public Library hosted its annual reverse Halloween parade late Friday afternoon. The parade is one in which youngsters, dressed in their costumes, stand on the street in front of the library and onlookers (adults) throw candy from the sidelines. The tossing of the candy always leads to a mad dash for the goodies.
