PAWS holding Halloween event
WASHINGTON — PAWS & More will host a Halloween-themed party with its animals this weekend, complete with refreshments, waived cat adoption fees, and adorable outfits.
“Cat adoption fees will be waived, and our shelter pets will be wearing their costumes,” the organization said in a Facebook post. “It’s going to be so much fun! We hope to see you here at our shelter in Washington, Iowa. We want to party with you!”
“Trick-or-treat with the Animals” runs from noon to 4 p.m. this Saturday, Oct. 22, according to a poster from the shelter.
