RAGBRAI riders travel east on H17 from Packwood toward Highway 1 this morning. Today, day six of the Register?s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, brought the 15,000 participants through Jefferson County on their 75.5 mile ride from Ottumwa to Mount Pleasant.
