Student art projects from WACO and Winfield-Mt. Union, along with eight other Southeast Iowa Super Conference schools, is on display at the P.E.O. Building on the IWC campus through tomorrow. In the top photo is one wall of the displays. At left-center is a sculpture ?Fairy and the Fawn,? completed by Trilby Frier, Faith Entsminger and Seth Pategas of WACO, which placed third among sculptures. The ?Memory Jar? in front of the sculpture won a third place for Frier. Sarah Rundlett?s ?Rings? in the center-right photo, claimed ?Best of Show.? Rundlett is from Lone Tree. The bottom photo is the watercolor painting by Jena Nicholson of Winfield-Mt. Union, which received third place in the watercolor and tempra painting division. Art projects from New London students will be on display next week.
