Fairfield Police Department arrested Clifford Eugene Williams, 36, of 408 North B St., in the 400 block of North B Street at 11:26 p.m. Monday and charged him with disorderly conduct.

12:58 a.m. A white male, estimated in 20s, left Fairfield Hy-Vee Food and Drug Store with a flower bouquet and card, valued at $25, without paying. He was headed east on a bicycle. Police will review store surveillance tape.

7:50 a.m. A citizen complained storm drains are plugged with tree debris throughout Fairfield.

12:33 p.m. Report of a possible identity theft.

12:57 p.m. Report of a dog left in a Jetta Volkswagen with Illinois license plates parked in a driveway with windows not down and no one is around. Office checked area, unable to locate vehicle.
