11:28 a.m. ? A Walmart loss prevention associate advised he attempted to stop two white female shoplifters, who left heading west on Burlington Avenue in a newer white Ford Fusion. Des Moines state and Wapello County were advised. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

8:11 p.m. ? Jenna Spring Ludwig, 17, was cited for speeding.
8:33 p.m. ? Andrew David Phillips, 22, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension.
