Fairfield Police Department responded to a minor accident at Fillmore Avenue and Highway 1 at 3:22 p.m. Monday. No injuries were reported, no citations issued. Each vehicle had an estimated $2,000 in damages.

4:45 p.m. Labrador-mixed puppy found, taken to veterinary clinic.
5:34 p.m. report of phone and Facebook harassment.
7:25 p.m. found debit card, ID and cell phone; owner contacted and picked up items.
9:57 p.m. caller reported a group of people with baseball bats ready to fight in street. Officer saw about five people walking wearing masks; one of the group told officer the issue between two groups was squashed. Officer advised if street fighting, all would be arrested for disorderly conduct.
Sunday
3:24 a.m. Shawn Evans was arrested on Fort Madison charges of operating while intoxicated.
7:10 a.m. caller reported phone harassment.
2:07 p.m. Robert Langston, 25, was arrested for driving while revoked.
Saturday
10:11 a.m. caller reported vehicle broken into sometime between 6 p.m. Friday and 9:30 a.m. Saturday. No damage to vehicle, but documents, passport, checkbook and payment book missing. Some items were retrieved in the street.
10:25 a.m. caller complained about a car?s boom box playing too loud.
5:07 p.m. Jacob Dehl was arrested on a Henry County warrant for driving while suspended.
7:08 p.m. dispatch received three 911 calls about a fight in the street.
8:38 p.m. caller complained about a car?s boom box playing too loud.
Friday
11:44 a.m. caller reported phone harassment.
13:30 p.m. caller reported a computer scam.
6:20 p.m. caller reported being possibly scammed by a Craig?s List buyer.
6:40 p.m. a found kitten reported.
7:24 p.m. caller requested extra patrol.
7:32 p.m. Matthew Gearheart was arrested on a warrant for violating a no contact order.
8:30 p.m. Jack Giberson Jr. was arrested on a warrant for driving while revoked.
From Friday through Monday, police issued 28 verbal traffic warnings; issued six traffic citations; and dispatch received five 911 hang ups/misdials.
