Fairfield Police Department investigated a reported theft from 200 N. Fourth St., Apt. 4, at 4:21 a.m. Tuesday. A violation of a restraining order was reported to the law center, and a warrant was issued.
Police investigated the report of a theft at 2:24 p.m. Monday at 507 South E St. Some time between two years ago and Monday, cassette tapes were taken from the complainant. One cassette had a song, ?You Don?t Surprise My Love,? and the second tape, a micro-cassette, had piano music on it. Both were made by the complainant and were the only copies. She wanted to have the theft on file in case someone tried to use her material without her permission.
