Fairfield Police Department arrested Anthony Elliott, 31, of Washington, Iowa, in the 2100 block of Key Boulevard at 11:2 p.m. Friday. Elliott was driving a 2011 Chevrolet pick up truck east on Key Boulevard /Libertyville Road. He stated he swerved to avoid a deer and his car entered a ditch.
