2:15 p.m. resident reported a phone fraud; he was contacted about winning a lottery and asked to send money. The resident mailed three separate checks totaling $12,500 to an address in St. Paul, Minn.

2:45 p.m. caller said a neighborhood dog was tied up outside and crying constantly.

4:50 p.m. caller reported a suspected burglary, when returning home saw a broken bedroom window and called police before entering residence.

5:15 p.m. caller requested a welfare check on a resident.

9:09 p.m. report of disturbing the peace.
