3:56 p.m. ? Cade Jones was cited for a school bus violation.

Thursday

6:36 a.m. ? George Sonnee, 41, was cited for failure to have a valid driver?s license or permit.

9:58 a.m. ? Angela Helmick, 38, was cited for no valid driver?s license or permit.

11:16 a.m. ? An officer seized a counterfeit $20 from MidWestOne Bank.

1:29 p.m. ? A citizen at Maharishi University of Management Field House reported a theft.

9:26 p.m. ? A hit-and-run accident was reported between Grimes Avenue and Depot Avenue.

Monday

10:16 a.m. ? A citizen advised of criminal mischief at the Fairfield-Packwood Lumber Company on Broadway Avenue.

11:36 p.m. ? First National Bank advised of receiving a counterfeit $20.

2:49 p.m. ? The Fairfield Veterinary Clinic advised of receiving a white female Pomeranian with a pink color. The dog was found on Briggs Avenue.

7:40 p.m. ? Officers picked up a missing juvenile in the 400 block of West Stone Avenue.
