Fairfield Police Department arrested Ashley Leora Seaba, 24, of Brighton at 8:10 p.m. Sunday in the alley behind Kirkwood Avenue between B Street and C Street. She is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; operating while intoxicated, first offense; and driving while suspended, revoked, cancelled or denied.

Fairfield Police Department arrested Ashley Leora Seaba, 24, of Brighton at 8:10 p.m. Sunday in the alley behind Kirkwood Avenue between B Street and C Street. She is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; operating while intoxicated, first offense; and driving while suspended, revoked, cancelled or denied.
Joseph D. Hyde, 24, of Fairfield, was arrested at home at 12 a.m. Saturday and charged with contempt of court, violation of a restraining order. Crystal D. Essary, 23, of Fairfield also was arrested at the same residence and charged with contempt of court, violation of a restraining order ? aiding and abetting.
Police responded to an accident at 4:36 p.m. Saturday. Brandon N. Ford, 22, of Fairfield was driving a 2002 Acura west on Burlington Avenue, approaching D Street. Robert F. Box, 79, of Fairfield, was driving a 1998 Toyota Camry east on Burlington Avenue and turned left onto D Street. The two cars collided. Box was cited for failure to yield right of way on a left turn. Damages were estimated at $3,000 for the Acura; $2,000 for the Toyota; and $50 for a city street sign.
The law center dispatch had five 911 calls that hung-up and were not emergencies.
