Fairfield Police Department had no news releases this morning, but the daily dispatch log for Thursday included:
9:14 a.m. report of garbage items dumped in ditch west of 12th Street on Gear Avenue.
11:05 a.m. Gregory S. Robinson, 34, was arrested for fifth-degree theft at Fairfield Hy-Vee Food and Drug Store and was issued a trespass warning.
2:04 p.m. caller reported a dog left in a vehicle in a lot. Officer advised owner to take dog home, as it was too hot to leave in a vehicle.
5:07 p.m. Hailey Lathrop and Sherrie Benedict were served a written trespassing warning for all of North Bay, Villa Gardens and Lantern Park apartments; one was requested also for Levi Ponce.
8:17 p.m. anonymous caller reported finding a note in door; ?I am watching,? was written on it. Caller talked with an officer.
9:11 p.m. caller reported underage drinking at a specific residence.
