Fairfield Police Department investigated an accident at 12:13 a.m. Sunday. Lydia Mae Huggins, 16, of 1892 Woodland Drive, was driving a 2012 Subaru north on B Street. Christopher M. Desmond, 21, of Milton, was driving a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire east on Briggs Avenue, ran the stop sign at the intersection with B Street and struck the driver?s side rear door of the Subaru. Fairfield Police Department investigated an accident at 12:13 a.m. Sunday. Lydia Mae Huggins, 16, of 1892 Woodland Drive, was driving a 2012 Subaru north on B Street. Christopher M. Desmond, 21, of Milton, was driving a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire east on Briggs Avenue, ran the stop sign at the intersection with B Street and struck the driver?s side rear door of the Subaru. Desmond was cited for failure to obey stop or yield sign. The Subaru has estimated damages of $1,800. The Pontiac has estimated damages of $1,500.

7:12 a.m. police received a report of a burglary. A brick was thrown through a side car window and a purse was taken. The purse is orange ostrich skin with brown trim.
9:23 a.m. police investigated a report of criminal mischief. A car had both windows broken and tires slashed.
10:16 a.m. police received a report of a car broken into and a purse taken. The purse is blue denim with a small leather strap.
6:35 p.m. police issued an arrest warrant of Zachary Rainbolt.
7:03 p.m. caller reported the smell of natural gas. Police investigated area of Libertyville Road and 32nd Street, nothing was located.
10:40 p.m. caller reported a lost dog, a black and white border collie wearing a blue collar with tags.
Saturday
1:52 p.m. railroad crossing arms on Fourth Street are stuck down, blocking road. BNSF personnel on the way.
2:12 p.m. Casey?s south reported a vehicle leaking fuel was left at the station and employee wanted to know if they could have it towed away. Police said yes they could.
3:39 p.m. report of a water main break.
7:01 p.m. report of a lost dog, a yellow mixed breed, about the size of a blue heeler wearing a red collar without tags.
Monday
8:28 a.m. Deja Redd was arrested for simple domestic assault for hitting her roommate.
