Fairfield Police Department arrested Stephanie Lynn Dobbs, 26, of 705 N. Ninth St. at 5:32 p.m. Tuesday at the Jefferson County Law Enforcement Center on warrants for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The warrants stem from an investigation at 2:12 p.m. Oct. 31 at 906 W. Hempstead Ave.
