Fairfield Police Department arrested Tina Marie Kincaid, 55 and Michael Lee Kincaid, 51, both of Ottumwa, at 4:10 p.m. Thursday at Johnny?s Place on task force warrants for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.

Police located a missing 16-year-old female from Ottumwa at 11:24 p.m. Friday at Fourth Street and Madison Avenue.
