Fairfield Police Department arrested Thomas James Hahn, 20, of 304 Wilson Blvd., at 6:57 p.m. Wednesday on warrants for assault causing injury.

Michael Jerome Hines, 42, of 200 N. Fourth St., was arrested at the Jefferson County Health Center Thursday and charged with second degree and fifth degree theft; theft of a motor vehicle. At 8:48 a.m. Thursday, Hines was arrested at Jefferson County Health Center and charged with disorderly conduct and interference with official acts (of police office, EMT, firefighter). At 3:41 p.m. Thursday, he also was arrested and charged with third degree harassment.

Charles Lawrence Wallace, 24, of 308 W. Hempstead, was arrested in the 2000 block of S. Main Street at 12:54 a.m. Friday and charged with intoxication in public and nudity in public.
