1:27 p.m. caller reported a gravel road almost impassable with deep pot holes; Darrell Bisgard, city maintenance was informed.
2:03 p.m. a parked Kia Sportage was cited for parking too close to a stop sign at Second Street and Adams Avenue.
4:27 p.m. an anonymous caller reported hearing from another person (not witnessed first-hand) about a resident housing 26 cats, with three dead or dying.
5:33 p.m. caller reported his children had been threatened by an adult while at O.B. Nelson Park.
