Fairfield Police Department investigated at 4:44 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of South B Street the report of $300 wire fraud committed using a debit card without authorization on walmart.com.
Thaddeus Nolan, 23, of Fairfield, was arrested at 1:51 p.m. Saturday at Sixth Street and West Kirkwood Avenue, charged with public intoxication.
Police investigated at 11:18 a.m. Saturday a report of criminal mischief at North Bay Apartments, 208 E. Pierce Ave.
Jose Pacheco-Rivera, 42, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. Saturday at Seventh Street and West Jefferson Avenue on a Burlington warrant for failure to appear for a probation violation.
A burglary was reported to police at 4:15 p.m. Friday. A prepaid Visa card with a balance of $800 and $210 in cash was reported stolen from a residence in the 600 block of West Monroe Avenue.
Tyler Koenecke, 24, of Fairfield was arrested at 12:57 p.m. Friday at 1200 W. Grimes Ave., the law enforcement center, on a warrant for violation of pretrial release on an original charge for possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II narcotic.
Tyler Koenecke, 24, and Trent McKinney, 25, both of Fairfield were arrested in the municipal parking lot at Washington Avenue and Court Street at 10:46 a.m. Friday for possession of a controlled substance, morphine. McKinney also was charged for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cassy Shy, 18, of Fairfield was arrested at the Jefferson County Courthouse at 8:57 a.m. Friday on a warrant for failure to appear for pretrial on an original charge of fifth degree theft.
