The Fairfield Police Department responded to an accident at 9:28 a.m. Friday on Grimes Avenue near Howard Park. According to the accident report, a 1999 Toyota Camry driven by Rob Lewis Hubler, 68, 1303 Little Fawn, was backing out of a parking stall and failed to see a westbound 1997 Pontiac driven by Courtney Cecelia Harkins, 33, Mineral Wells, Texas. The Fairfield Police Department responded to an accident at 9:28 a.m. Friday on Grimes Avenue near Howard Park. According to the accident report, a 1999 Toyota Camry driven by Rob Lewis Hubler, 68, 1303 Little Fawn, was backing out of a parking stall and failed to see a westbound 1997 Pontiac driven by Courtney Cecelia Harkins, 33, Mineral Wells, Texas. Contact was made. No injuries were reported. Hubler was cited for unsafe backing. Estimated damages are $1,500 to Hubler?s vehicle and $2,000 to Harkins? vehicle.
