10:26 a.m. ? Evan Bruegge, 21, was cited for speeding.
10:58 a.m. ? A citizen reported a hit-and-run at Jefferson County Health Center. Lily Beltran advised that while she was backing out of a parking space, she stopped and a vehicle struck her and kept going. Beltran?s vehicle sustained $500 in damages.

The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:

10:26 a.m. ? Evan Bruegge, 21, was cited for speeding.
10:58 a.m. ? A citizen reported a hit-and-run at Jefferson County Health Center. Lily Beltran advised that while she was backing out of a parking space, she stopped and a vehicle struck her and kept going. Beltran?s vehicle sustained $500 in damages.
11:06 a.m. ? A no-injury accident occurred at the intersection of 20th Street and Burlington Avenue. Angela Schafer told officers that she had just received a call from her nephew?s school that he was having a seizure. She said she turned her flashers on and exited the Goodwill store?s parking lot heading south on 20th Street. As Schafer entered the intersection of 20th and Burlington, she struck Matthew Miller who was driving a Sara Lee delivery truck. Schafer admitted she was at fault and that she didn?t stop at the stoplight. Officers advised Schafer that she would be citied for running the light.
7:05 p.m. ? Mike Brokken, 50, received a traffic violation citation.
