Friday

10:42 a.m. ? A citizen reported a theft at 201 D St. The case is under investigation.

12:07 p.m. ? John Edwin Koch, 50, was arrested and charged with third-degree harassment.

4:26 p.m. ? Lonnie Mitchell, 48, was arrested on a probation warrant.

10:54 p.m. ? Morgan Moss, was cited for no driver?s license

11:28 p.m. ? Randall Dodds was arrested on a warrant for violating probation.

Saturday

12:05 p.m. ? Orlando Wilburn was cited for driving without a license.

11:29 p.m. ? James Elder Jr. was arrested for operating while intoxicated second offence, and he was cited for not having a valid driver?s license.

Sunday

7:39 a.m. ? Hy-Vee Food and Drug Store reported a fifth-degree theft.

1:22 p.m. ? Unknown subjects broke the front window and the door out of a bus on the Maharishi University of Management campus. Officers checked the area and did not locate anyone.

9:25 p.m. ? An individual reported a theft on Glasgow Road.

11:26 p.m. ? A driver fled from police on foot. The driver was charged with a weapon law violation and disorderly conduct. The incident is under investigation.
