The Fairfield Police Department reports the following calls and incidents logged into dispatch:
Thursday
A citizen reported that someone spray painted Café Paradiso and the Orpheum Theatre.
A citizen reported that she stopped an an intersection to give her husband some money, when she did, the driver of a tan Durango behind her became upset and irate. Citizen said she apologized to the driver, however the driver said that she knew people who could ?rip her head off.? She said she also knew people who could ?bomb? her. Citizen did not press charges. She told officers that she wanted someone to speak with the subject and let her know that she shouldn?t speak to people in that manner.
Justin Wagner of Fairfield was arrested and charged with simple assault.
Dalton Cook of Wapello was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
