Fairfield Police Department arrested Yvette Andrea Stepp, 48, of 304 S. 17th St., at 2:49 p.m. Sunday, at home. She is charged with assault on a peace officer (any other assault), interference with official acts (police officer, EMT, firefighter), contempt of court and violation of a restraining order.
Police investigated a report of public intoxication at 1:34 a.m. Sunday at the downtown post office. Charles Ray Taylor, 32, of 801 W. Hempstead Ave., Apt. B, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. in the alley way of Fairfield Lumber. He was charged with public intoxication ? enhanced.
Police investigated at 8:19 p.m. Wednesday and arrested Clifford Eugene Williams, 36, of 115 Main St., Apt 64, at 8:51 p.m. at 115 Main St., Landmark Inn. He is charged with public intoxication third and subsequent ? enhanced, and disorderly conduct.
Natalie Jean Smith, 19, of 1000 Pleasant Plain Road, No. 203, was arrested at 5:41 a.m. Thursday. She is charged with domestic abuse with display of a dangerous weapon.
