9:49 a.m. ? A caller advised that his neighbor?s dog bit his 6-year-old daughter. He told officers that when he went to speak to his neighbor about the incident, the dog tried to bite him, too.

The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:
Wednesday
9:25 a.m. ? A citizen reported a burglary at 307 S. Second St.
9:49 a.m. ? A caller advised that his neighbor?s dog bit his 6-year-old daughter. He told officers that when he went to speak to his neighbor about the incident, the dog tried to bite him, too.
12:25 p.m. ? A citizen advised of criminal mischief on Granville Avenue.
4:07 p.m. ? A citizen advised that his wife lost her passport between the dates of Oct. 14-16. The caller said he was unsure where she lost it.
4:47 p.m. ? A caller advised that she watched an African-American female, one wearing a pink shirt and black pants and an African-American male wearing a black shirt and blue shorts fighting. She advised that the male hit the female three times and put her in a headlock. When officers arrived, everything was OK and two children were playing in the yard.
7:32 p.m. ? A citizen reported a cat bite to the Jefferson County Health Center.
7:34 p.m. ? A citizen advised of harassment at Pizza Hut.

6:05 p.m. ? A citizen advised of a school bus violation.
7:03 p.m. ? A citizen advised of possible vandalism.
