Fairfield Police Department arrested Allison Dawn Hendricks, 21 of 606 W. Monroe Ave., Apt 5, at 11:53 p.m. Sunday at home. She is charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. At 1:04 a.m. Monday, police arrested Anthony James Law, 21 also of 606 W. Monroe, Apt 5, at this address. He also is charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police cited Noel Rodriquez, 16 of 104 W. Harrison Ave. at 5:08 p.m. Saturday at 1200 W. Grimes Ave., for second degree theft in connection with an investigation into a car striking a fire hydrant at the corner of Burlington Avenue and 12th Street Aug. 6. When police arrived at the scene Aug. 6, the driver had fled the scene, abandoning the vehicle, after taking out the fire hydrant.

Police arrested Gregory Thomas Lane, 26 of 505 W. Madison Ave., at home at 1:24 a.m. Sunday for an assault reported at 12:26 a.m. Sunday at Red Rock Tavern.
