11:04 a.m. ? A no-injury accident occurred at 20th Street and Jefferson Avenue. Linda Mullikin, 72, admitted to running a stop sign that caused an accident with Rose Weeks. Damages to both vehicles were estimated at $1,000. Millikin was cited for the accident.

The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:
Wednesday
11:04 a.m. ? A no-injury accident occurred at 20th Street and Jefferson Avenue. Linda Mullikin, 72, admitted to running a stop sign that caused an accident with Rose Weeks. Damages to both vehicles were estimated at $1,000. Millikin was cited for the accident.
2:44 p.m. ? A caller advised that a subject purposely hit his car twice and then pushed it forward. Gerard Pereira told officers that Lisa Reininger headed south on Ninth Street in a blue Toyota Corolla after striking his parked vehicle. Pereira advised that there was no damages to his vehicle, but requested a no-trespassing order for Reininger.
4 p.m. ? Marquis Bedford was cited for driving under suspension.
Thursday
2:21 a.m. ? A caller advised that an older person was abusing a child.
12:28 p.m. ? Fairfield police officers were on standby with the Fairfield Fire Department to assist an individual out of a commercial boom truck at Hometown Sears.
1:24 p.m. ? Fairfield Hy-Vee Food and Drug Store advised that Kathleen Lipset, an older woman with gray/blonde hair and glasses who is known for saying ?off the wall? things and was banned from the store, came back in. The store called the law center when she refused to leave, and she said she needed to call her mother because she had been raped. Lipset had been banned earlier in the day and had returned that afternoon. Lipset was arrested for criminal trespass.
