The Fairfield Police Department arrested Elizabeth Kay Summerlin, 48, 1007 E. Madison Ave., at 10:39 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West Adams Avenue for operating while intoxicated-first offense and open container.
Thaddeus Edward Goldstein, 29, 102 N. Cromwell St., was arrested at 3:13 a.m. Monday at his residence for operating while intoxicated-second offense.

The Fairfield Police Department arrested Elizabeth Kay Summerlin, 48, 1007 E. Madison Ave., at 10:39 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West Adams Avenue for operating while intoxicated-first offense and open container.
Thaddeus Edward Goldstein, 29, 102 N. Cromwell St., was arrested at 3:13 a.m. Monday at his residence for operating while intoxicated-second offense.
Steve Yellin reported a burglary at 5:33 p.m. Saturday at the Maharishi University of Management recreation center. An iPod, estimated $250 value, and a cell phone, estimated $500 value, were stolen.
Police responded to two accidents involving Steven Marks Scotton, 49, 500 S. 15th St., around 10:14 p.m. Saturday. According to the accident report, Scotton was intoxicated and refused service at The Hideaway. Scotton then drove a 1997 Chevy pickup left out of a parking stall in the municipal lot at the corner of Briggs Avenue and B Street. He backed up several times and struck a garage in the alley. Scotton fled the scene of the accident. Scotton then rear-ended a westbound 2007 Dodge truck pulling a trailer driven by Jacob Paul Louth, 24, 55 Wilson Blvd., that was turning into Subway. Scotton fled the scene by foot. Estimated damages are $2,000 to Louth?s vehicle and $5,000 to Scotton?s vehicle. Scotton has been cited for driving under suspension, leaving the scene of an accident-two counts, no proof of insurance, reckless driving and failure to maintain control.
