The Fairfield Police Department investigated a disturbance between Tim Fluharty and Andrea Berry at 8:57 a.m. Wednesday at 115 N. Main St., No. 70. Two marijuana bongs, rolling papers, scales and bong attachments were seized. Charges are pending lab results.
