William Slack was arrested on a warrant at 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Missing person
Anthony Matthew Finley, 24, of Ottumwa was reported missing at 5:48 a.m. Thursday. He is described as a white male, 5?8? tall, weighing 135 pounds, brown hair, green eyes, fair skin. He has a tattoo on his right arm. He was wearing brown pants, teal shirt and a black coat.
Lost, found
Citizen turned in a brown wallet at 6:43 a.m. Thursday found at Fifth Street and Van Buren Avenue.
Harassment
A citizen reported at 9:44 a.m. Thursday harassment on Facebook. No threats. Police advised blocking the person.

Each call was checked and verified. No problems occurring.
Disorderly (contacts)
A male subject was reported at 11:04 a.m. Thursday to be yelling profanities and screaming. He was located and admitted he had been upset because Hy-Vee did not cash a check of his. He agreed he probably talked too loudly and will not get so worked up in the future.
Citizen called at 8:21 p.m. Thursday about a verbal argument between a mother and daughter, and again at 9:43 p.m. Thursday. Police and caller advised daughter she needed to respect mother and stop throwing a temper tantrum or she would be charged with disorderly conduct.
Caller reported at 1:08 a.m. Friday about two males and one female yelling in one apartment. Caller went to apartment to tell them to be quiet; one of the males threatened the caller and attempted to enter his house and he got his gun due to the threats. Police arranged a ride home for the male making threats.
Property damage
A citizen contacted Maharishi University of Management security and security requested a police officer at 2:25 p.m. Thursday in reference to location of a vehicle as a possible match involved in an accident last week. It was not the vehicle, but in talking with neighbors, learned a name of a contractor on campus commented about hitting the mailbox. Contact was made with contractor, admitted hitting the mailbox and contractor said has a new post to install in place. Contractor was advised to contact head of security at M.U.M.
Request for extra patrol
Agri-Industrial Plastics Company at 3:50 p.m. Thursday requested extra patrol through the midnight shift. The previous night, sometime between midnight and 8 a.m., several parked vehicles? gas caps were removed. Employees were unsure if any gas was stolen or anything was added into their fuel tanks.
Theft
Investigated at 4:54 p.m. Thursday a theft reported at Family Dollar store.
Civil dispute
Citizen contacted police at 5:14 p.m. Thursday about the father of a child taking citizen?s grandchild when grandparent has custody.
Traffic
Citizen called at 6:41 p.m. Thursday, advised a person would be driving a specific car and is not licensed to drive.
Individual received a warning at 10:32 p.m. Thursday for a headlight.
Individual received a warning at 2:22 a.m. for speeding.
Warrant service
Police checked a residence at 7:14 p.m. Thursday, no one came to the door. Rechecked at 12:57 a.m. Friday.
Police checked on a residence at 10:08 p.m. Thursday, advised person moved to Florida.
Curfew
Two individuals were advised at 10:30 p.m. Thursday about park hours.
