Arrests

Mar. 10 – 12:07 a.m., Philip Agro was arrested on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia at D and Jefferson, Fairfield.

Mar. 10 – 5:30 p.m., warrant service was reported in the 800 block of W. Depot Ave., Fairfield.

Mar. 10 – 8:07 p.m., Migual Martinez Marron was arrested and charged with contempt of court and violation of restraining order in the 200 block of N. C St., Fairfield.

Mar. 10 – 1:47 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Blvd., Washington. Joellen Eckert, 44, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a no contact protective order contempt.

Mar. 10 – 2:48 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 800 block of S. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant. Tony Watkins, 57, was arrested on a warrant for operating while under the influence 1st offense and possession of controlled substance – marijuana 1st offense.

Theft

Mar. 11 – 12:23 a.m., shoplifting was reported in the 2400 block of Hwy. 92, Washington. Cody Alvis, 29, was arrested for theft 5th.

Drugs

Mar. 11 – 7:58 p.m., drugs/narcotic violations was reported in the 800 block of S. 9th St., Fairfield. Allen Powell Sr., 55, was arrested and charged with possession of contraband in correctional facility and possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense.

Sexual Assault

Mar. 10 – 4:09 p.m., sexual child abuse was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Blvd., Washington.

Mar. 11 – 2:56 p.m., sex offenses was reported in the 600 block of S. Prairie St., Mt. Pleasant.
