Information is collected from Henry, Jefferson and Washington county law enforcement agencies. As with any criminal case a charge is merely an accusation, and a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilt.

Arrests

Feb. 8 – 8:42 a.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 1000 block of N. 5th Ave., Washington. Jessica Perkins, 36, of Sigourney, was arrested on a warrant for possession of controlled substance marijuana 2nd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Feb. 9 – 12:39 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported at S. Iris St. and E. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Feb. 7 – 8:03 p.m., warrant service was reported in the 200 block of N. 28th St., Fairfield.

Feb. 9 – 1:46 p.m., warrant service was reported in the 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Fairfield.

Feb. 7 – 7:18 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 1500 block of Gum Ave., Wellman. Taylor Stout, 24, of Wellman, was arrested on a warrant for burglary 1st degree and violation of no contact/protective order.

Traffic Accidents

Feb. 7 – 2:00 p.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported at W. Broad St. and N. Broadway St., Mt. Pleasant.

Feb. 7 – 8:00 p.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported at 130th St. and Locust St., Winfield.

Feb. 8 – 12:17 p.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported in the 2100 block of S. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Feb. 8 – 12:36 p.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported at S. Jefferson St. and W. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Harassment

Feb. 8 – 12:11 p.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 2100 block of 170th St., Mt. Union.

Feb. 8 – 2:57 p.m., harassment/threats was reported in Henry County Area.

Feb. 8 – 8:03 p.m., harassment /threats was reported in the 2000 block of E. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Feb. 8 – 10:35 a.m., phone harassment was reported in the 1000 block of S. 3rd St., Fairfield.

Feb. 8 – 3:36 p.m., harassment was reported in the 900 block of W. Jefferson Ave., Fairfield.

Feb. 9 – 9:24 a.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 400 block of 7th St., Kalona.

Feb. 9 – 1:27 p.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 400 block of 3rd St., Washington.

Feb. 9 – 5:54 p.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 1100 block of N. Iowa Ave., Washington.

Runaway/Missing Person

Feb. 9 – 4:40 p.m., runaways/missing person was reported in the 300 block of W. 18th St., Washington.

Fire

Feb. 8 – 2:39 p.m., fire call was reported at 2nd St. and Main St., Richland.

Feb. 7 – 12:27 a.m., fire was reported at 5th St. and Hempstead, Fairfield.

Assaults

Feb. 9 – 1:09 p.m., domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of S. Maple St., New London.

Feb. 9 – 1:46 p.m., assault was reported in the 1000 block of E. Madison Ave., Fairfield.

Feb. 9 – 6:22 p.m., assault was reported in the 300 block of W. Kirkwood Ave., Fairfield.

Feb. 8 – 1:07 p.m., assault was reported in the 300 block of E. Jackson St., Washington.

Theft

Feb. 9 – 6:12 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 1000 block of N. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Feb. 9 – 11:00 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 200 block of N. Main St., Mt. Pleasant.

Burglary

Feb. 9 – 11:12 p.m., burglary was reported in the 400 block of S. Main St., Salem.

Feb. 7 – 4:45 p.m., burglary/breaking & entering was reported at 7th and Jackson, Fairfield.

Drugs

Feb. 7 – 7:29 a.m., drugs/narcotic violations was reported in the 800 block of W. Depot Ave., Fairfield.

Feb. 7 – 12:03 p.m., drug/narcotic violation was reported in the 1100 block of S. B Ave., Washington.

Sexual Assault

Feb. 7 – 7:29 p.m., sexual assault was reported in the 200 block of E. Washington St., Washington.
