Arrests

Dec. 26 – 2:48 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 200 block of Washington St., Wayland.

Dec. 26 – 8:40 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 1100 block of Lexington Ave., Winfield.

Dec. 26 – 11:55 a.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Blvd., Washington. Derek Morgan, 35, of Washington, was arrested on a warrant for possession of controlled substance marijuana 1st offense.

Dec. 26 – 5:05 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Blvd., Washington. Tasha Knerr, 29, was arrested on a warrant for possession of controlled substance marijuana 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dec. 26 – 3:06 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 200 block of N. Washington St., Wayland.

Dec. 26 – 6:50 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 200 block of Washington St., Ainsworth. Joshua Lang, 30, of Ainsworth, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charge possession of marijuana 1st offense and was charged with violation of a no contact order.

Dec. 26 – 11:01 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 12000 block of County Rd. G56, Wapello. Nkosi Audain, 32, of Davenport, was arrested on a warrant for pretrial release violation original charge possession of controlled substance marijuana 3rd or subsequent offense.

Dec. 28 – 6:15 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 1100 block of Agency Rd., Salem.

Dec. 28 – 8:09 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported at Keokuk County Jail.

Dec. 29 – 2:05 p.m., search warrant was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Blvd., Washington.

Dec. 9:27 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Blvd., Washington. Michael Stottler Jr., 33, of Washington, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for arraignment for possession of controlled substance methamphetamine 1st offense and violation of probation.

Traffic Accidents

Dec. 26 – 1:28 p.m., traffic accident was reported in the 1400 block of Hwy. 218, Riverside.

Dec. 27 – 9:43 a.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported at S. Van Buren St. and W. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 27 – 11:50 a.m., hit and run was reported in the 200 block of E. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 27 – 2:03 p.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported at S. Marion St. and W. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 29 – 1:56 p.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported at N. Cherry St. and E. Mapleleaf Dr. Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 27 – 4:50 p.m., hit and run was reported in the 200 block S. 4th St., Fairfield.

Dec. 27 – 2:04 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 100 block of Prost St., Richland. Richard Jones, 65, of Richland, was arrested on a warrant for violation probation on original charge possession of marijuana 2nd offense.

Dec. 28 – 7:30 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 300 block of S. Marion Ave., Washington. Jack Wheeler, 20, of Washington, was arrested on a warrant for FTA for arraignment reference driving while license denied or revoked.

Dec. 29 – 6:02 a.m., traffic accident was reported at Yucca Ave. and Hwy. 92, Ainsworth. Taylor Stout, 29, of Washington, was arrested for OWI 2nd offense, interference with official acts, assault on a peace officer and no driver's license.

Harassment

Dec. 27 – 1:24 a.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 700 block of S. Walnut St., New London.

Dec. 27 – 11:24 a.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 1200 block of Dakota Ave., Wayland.

Dec. 27 – 4:36 p.m., harassment was reported in the 300 block of N. C St., Fairfield.

Dec. 27 – 5:53 p.m., harassment was reported in the 800 block of W. Broadway Ave., Fairfield

Runaway/Missing Person

Dec. 29 – 9:45 p.m., missing/runaway was reported in the 900 block of S. Iris St., Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 27 – 11:08 a.m., runaways/missing person was reported in the 400 block of E. Polk St., Washington.

Dec. 28 – 1:31 a.m., runaways/missing person was reported in the 300 block of W. 18th St., Washington.

Dec. 28 – 2:02 a.m., runaways/missing person was reported in the 3100 block of 116th Cir., Riverside.

Fire

Dec. 26 – 5:29 p.m., fire call was reported in the 1100 block of Enterprise Dr., Riverside. Riverside fire responded to Kum & Go and Travel Mart. Fire was set intentionally.

Dec. 26 – 6:10 p.m., fire call was reported in the 3000 block of Hwy. 22, Riverside. Riverside fire and 92-8 responded. Riverside fire assisted in ventilating the business.

Dec. 27 – 2:56 p.m., field/timber/grass fire was reported in the 2700 block of Henry Jefferson Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Assaults

Dec. 26 – 5:02 a.m., domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of E. Ash St., Winfield.

Dec. 26 – 1:43 p.m., domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of W. Front St., Wayland.

Dec. 26 – 10:11 p.m., assault was reported in the 3300 block of 150th St., Riverside. Jacob Wieland, 35, of Riverside, was arrested for domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury 1st offense and obstruction of emergency communications.

Dec. 29 – 11:17 a.m., domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of W. 2nd St., Mt. Pleasant.

Theft

Dec. 26 – 6:23 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 1000 block of N. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 26 – 5:48 p.m., shoplifting was reported in the 500 block of Hwy. 1, Washington.

Dec. 27 – 11:48 a.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 100 block of S. Chestnut St., Winfield.

Dec. 27 – 11:18 a.m., narcotic violation was reported in the 100 block of Main St., Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 27 – 5:34 p.m., narcotic violation was reported at Denton Ave. and Salem Rd., Hillsboro.

Sexual Assault

Dec. 26 – 3:21 p.m., sexual assault was reported in the 800 block of W. E. Washington St., Washington.

Dec. 29 – 8:21 p.m., sex offenses was reported in the 300 block of N. Jackson St., Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 27 – 1:24 p.m., sexual child abuse was reported in the 200 block of E. Washington St., Washington.

DUIs

Dec. 27 – 10:50 a.m., public intoxication was reported in the 200 block of E. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 27 – 8:19 p.m., public intoxication was reported at Dexter Laundry, Fairfield. Joseph Gonzalez, 28, of Des Moines, was arrested and charged with public consumption or intoxication.

Other

Dec. 26 – 12:37 p.m., violation of a court order was reported in the 800 block of S. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 28 – 9:26 p.m., violation of a court order was reported in the 100 block of S. Haynes St., Mt. Pleasant.
