Arrests

Mar. 3 – 9:29 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 800 block of S. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Mar. 3 – 9:49 a.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 4500 Melrose Ave., Iowa City. Neema Lumona, 29, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for initial appearance on original charge of driving while license is under suspension.

Mar. 3 – 2:23 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 100 block of Lake Darling Rd., Brighton. John Barnes, 27, was arrested on a warrant for sex offender registration violation 2nd or subsequent offense.

Traffic Accidents

Mar. 3 – 1:33 p.m., traffic accident was reported in the 300 block of W. Center St., Cambridge.

Harassment

Mar. 3 – 6:03 a.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 100 block of Care Cir., New London.

Mar. 3 – 11:21 a.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 300 block of S. Main St., Salem.

Assaults

Mar. 3 – 8:56 a.m., assault was reported in the 500 block of S.8th Ave., Washington.

Mar. 3 – 7:46 p.m., assault was reported in the 800 block of 6th Ave., Wellman.

Theft

Mar. 3 – 9:34 a.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 100 block of N. State St., Hillsboro.

Mar. 3 – 1:32 p.m., theft was reported in the 1700 block of E. Washington St., Washington.

Drugs

Mar. 3 – 8:44 p.m., drug/narcotics violation was reported in the 800 block of S. C Ave., Washington.

DUIs

Mar. 3 – 4:06 p.m., intoxicated driver was reported in the 1000 block of W. Madison St., Washington. Raymond Fox, 55, was arrested for operation while intoxicated 1st offense.

Mar. 4 – 1:26 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 800 block of W. Irish Ridge Rd., Mt. Pleasant.

Mar. 4 – 1:45 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 100 block of N. Adams St., Mt. Pleasant.

Mar. 4 – 1:37 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 6300 block of Hwy. 151, Marion. Destiny Hines, 22, was arrested on a warrant for possession of controlled substance methamphetamine 1st offense.

Mar. 4 – 2:07 p.m., Ashley Tripplett, 30, was arrested in the block of E. Washington St., Washington, for driving under revocation.

Mar. 3 – 9:49 p.m., Melissa Gallup, 41, was arrested and charged with eluding law enforcement vehicle at Glasgow and Madison, Fairfield. Colton Gallup, 26, was arrested and charged with interference with official acts at Glasgow and Madison, Fairfield.

Traffic Accidents

Mar. 4 – 6:34 a.m., traffic accident was reported in the 3300 block of Wayland Rd., Mt. Pleasant.

Mar. 4 – 12:22 p.m., traffic accident was reported in the 200 block of W. Madison St., Washington.

Mar. 3 – 3:55 p.m., traffic accident was reported in the 600 block of W. Burlington Ave., Fairfield.

Mar. 3 – 4:12 p.m., traffic accident was reported in the 1000 block of W. Burlington Ave., Fairfield.

Harassment

Mar. 4 – 9:02 a.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 2200 block of E. Commerce Dr., Mt. Pleasant.

Mar. 4 – 11:01 p.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 100 block of E. Patterson St., Winfield.

Mar. 4 – 10:16 a.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 100 block of 1st St., Kalona.

Mar. 4 – 2:40 p.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 400 block of 7th St., Kalona.

Fire

Mar. 4 – 1:46 p.m., fire call was reported in the 500 block of Hwy. 1, Washington. Call was a misunderstanding and there was no fire.

Mar. 4 – 1:47 p.m., fire call was reported in the 1500 block of Ivy Ave., Wellman. There was an explosion, unknown what caused it and was possibly the gas tank. Wellman Fire, Wellman QRS, and Kalona Fire responded to the call and the fire was extinguished.

Assaults

Mar. 4 – 12:25 p.m., domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of W. Briggs Ave., Fairfield.

Mar. 4 – 2:31 p.m., domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of W. Polk Ave., Fairfield.

Theft

Mar. 4 – 8:43 a.m., theft was reported in the 800 block of W. Monroe St., Washington.

Mar. 3 – 7:33 a.m., larceny/theft was reported in the 1200 block of Glenview Cir., Fairfield.

Mar. 3 – 3:38 p.m., theft was reported in the 600 block of W. Burlington Ave., Fairfield.

Mar. 4 – 8:10 a.m., larceny/theft was reported in the 200 block of W. Burlington Ave., Fairfield.

Mar. 4 – 1:28 p.m., drug/narcotics violation was reported in the 1100 block of S. B Ave., Washington.

Mar. 4 – 2:16 a.m., drugs/narcotic violations was reported in the 800 block of N. B St., Fairfield.
