Information is collected from Henry, Jefferson and Washington county law enforcement agencies. As with any criminal case a charge is merely an accusation, and a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilt.

Arrests

Dec. 11 – Jamison Leathers, 34, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 2300 block of Mint Blvd., Fairfield and charged with child endangerment.

Dec. 11 – 2:22 a.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 800 block of S. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 11 – 8:37 a.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 2000 block of E. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 11 – 3:38 p.m., search warrant was reported in the 200 block of Hawkins Dr., Iowa City.

Dec. 11 – 8:17 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 900 block of Franklyn Ave., Marengo. Trenton Dawson, 34, of Bloomfield, was arrest on a warrant for contempt resist order or process of district court failure to appear on contempt failure to make child support payments.

Traffic Accidents

Dec. 11 – 1:07 p.m., traffic accident was reported at 22nd and Burlington Ave., Fairfield.

Dec. 11 – 2:28 p.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported in the 1000 block of N. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Harassment

Dec. 11 – 3:53 p.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 1000 block of N. 8th Ave., Washington.

Assaults

Dec. 11 – 6:53 a.m., assault was reported in the 1100 block of S. B Ave., Washington.

Theft

Dec. 11 – 7:14 a.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 100 block of W. Broad St., Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 11 – 2:16 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 200 block of E. Oak St., Salem.

Dec. 11 – 2:31 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 900 block of N. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Dec. 11 – 2:29 p.m., theft was reported in the 900 block of 9th Ave., Wellman.

Dec. 11 – 2:55 p.m., theft was reported in the 1000 block of 120th St., Wellman.
