Nov. 20 – 1:50 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 500 block of S. 8th Ave., Washington. Michael Stottler Jr., 33, of Washington, was arrested on a warrant for possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.

Nov. 21 – 1:17 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 100 block of N. Jefferson St., Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 21 – 1:24 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the Mt. Pleasant area, Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 21 – 2:59 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Blvd., Washington. Jose Rosales, of Washington, was arrested on a warrant for violation on assault causing bodily injury.

Nov. 21 – 3:45 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Blvd., Washington. Margaret Osweiler, of Webster, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation on original charge of OwI 3rd and subsequent.

Nov. 21 – 9:43 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 500 block of N. Marion Ave. Colby Counce, 26, of Washington, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation on original charge driving while intoxicated first offense.

Nov. 22 – 3:56 p.m., Kerry Thelusma, 35, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged at JCHC for criminal trespass.

Nov. 23 – David Seagull, 55, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged at Burlington and Main for disturbing the peace.

Nov. 24 – 12:50 p.m., warrant arrest was reported at Hwy. 1 and Black Diamond Rd., Kalona. Enrique Eulloqui Avila, 33, of Kalona, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for initial appearance on the original charge of driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled or revoked.

Nov. 24 – 3:39 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 300 block of E. Madison St., Washington. Zachary Tripplett, 21, of Washington, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation on original charge of possession of controlled substance, marijuana 1st offense.
