Dec. 16 – 4:13 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 200 block of S. Marion Ave., Washington. Justin Dennis, 26, was arrested on a warrant for possession of controlled substance 2nd.

Dec. 16 – 8:51 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Blvd., Washington. Nathaniel Tallent Jenkins, 26, of Birmingham, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation on original charge of burglary 2nd degree.

Dec. 17 – 8:03 a.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 20000 block of 200th Ave., Sigourney. Donald Herr, 57, of Sigourney, was arrested on a warrant for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness and disorderly conduct – fighting or violent behavior.

Dec. 17 – 6:32 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 12000 County Rd. G56, Wapello. Tiffany Turner, 33, of Columbus Junction, was arrest on a warrant for pretrial violation original charges assault on persons in certain occupations and operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

Burglary

Dec. 12 – 7:21 a.m., burglary was reported in the 200 block of E. Fountain St., Brighton.

Dec. 12 – 9:14 a.m., burglary was reported in the 1700 block of Walnut Ave., Ainsworth. Hector Lavoz Jr., 32, of Cedar Rapids, was arrested for burglary 3rd degree, theft 5th and trespass. Lavoz was also charged with felony eluding, driving under suspension (X2), failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way, improper use of lanes on roads marked for 3 or more lanes, and speed. Mckenna Brockmeyer, 20, of Cedar Rapids, was arrested for burglary 3rd degree, theft 5th and trespass.

Dec. 14 – 10:28 a.m., burglary was reported in the 2000 block of Keokuk Washington Rd., Keota.

Drugs

Dec. 12 – 5:35 p.m., narcotic violation was reported at N. Broadway St. and W. Mill St., Mt. Pleasant.

Sexual Assault

Dec. 16 – 12:09 p.m., sexual child abuse was reported in the 200 block of E. Washington St., Washington.
