Arrests

Oct. 25 – 3:00 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 100 block of E. Clay St., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 25 – 3:02 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 100 block of E. Clay St., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 25 – 8:11 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 900 block of W. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 25 – 10:56 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 900 block of W. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 25 – 10:32 a.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 600 block of E. Washington St., Washington. Cole Emry-Stannard, 24, of Washington was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for arraignment original charge on driving while barred and possession of controlled substance methamphetamine.

Oct. 25 – 9:28 a.m., Hank William McCann Jr., 25, of Milton, was arrested at West Casey's in the Fairfield. McCann Jr. was charged with theft -5th degree, possession of contraband in correctional facility, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft – 2nd degree.

Oct. 25 – 9:28 a.m., Christopher Allensworth, 33, of Fairfield was arrested at McDonald's in Fairfield. Allensworth was charged with theft – 5th degree and theft – 2nd degree.

Oct. 25 – 9:18 p.m., Erin Spece, 23, of Fairfield was arrested at Washington Ave. and 3rd St., Fairfield. Spece was charged with driving while barred.

Oct. 25 – 4:37 a.m., disturbance/disruption was reported in the 100 block of S. Monroe St., Salem. Thadeus Wilson, 32, Salem was arrested and charged for disorderly conduct – fighting/violent behavior.

Oct. 26 – 9:17 a.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 100 block of E. Clay St., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 26 – 6:27 a.m., warrant arrest was reported at W. Lincoln St. and S. Iowa Ave., Washington. Gail Osborn, 30, of Wayland, was arrested for failure to appear on original charge of theft 3rd.

Oct. 27 – 5:42 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 100 block of E. Clay St., Mt. Pleasant. Antonine Sykes II, was arrested on a warrant for driving while license denied or revoked, interference with official acts and fail to obey stop sign and yield right of way.

Oct. 28 – 1:21 a.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 200 block of E. 15th St., Washington. Jose Rosales, 24, Washington was arrest on a warrant for failure to appear for probation revocation on possession of controlled substance 1st – marijuana.

Oct. 28 – 10:18 a.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 3000 block of Old White Way, Ainsworth. Kolette Daniels, 31, Ainsworth was arrested on warrants out of Ottumwa for violation of parole on original charge of prescription drug violation (no bond) and 2nd warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on 2 cts of forgery.

Traffic Accidents

Oct. 25 – 8:54 p.m., hit and run was reported in the 1300 block of N. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 25 – 6:32 a.m., vehicle hit a deer was reported in the 2200 block of Hwy. 1, Washington.

Oct. 25 – 7:31 a.m., traffic accident was reported in the 2400 block of Hwy. 92, Washington. Timothy Hart was cited for Failure to stop within a safe and clear distance. Tyler Ousey was cited for failure to have a driver license.

Oct. 25 – 2:52 p.m., traffic accident was reported in the 100 block of S. Marion Ave., Washington.

Oct. 25 – 4:43 p.m., traffic accident was reported at S. 12th Ave. and E. Washington St., Washington. Female juvenile was cited for following too close.

Oct. 25 – 5:20 p.m., vehicle hit a dog was reported at E. Madison St. and S. 9th Ave., Washington.

Oct. 25 – 7:34 p.m., traffic accident was reported in the 800 block of 10th Ave., Wellman.

Oct. 25 – 10:49 p.m., traffic accident was reported in the 1000 block of E. Van Buren St., Washington.

Oct. 25 – 4:31 p.m., hit and run was reported at Wolfe Eye Clinic, Fairfield.

Oct. 26 – 2:28 p.m., motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported in the 2600 block of Franklin Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 27 – 8:52 a.m., traffic accident was reported at 9th and Stone, Fairfield.

Oct. 27 – 6:51 a.m., vehicle hit a deer was reported in the 2700 block of Wayland Rd., Washington.

Oct. 28 – 7:39 p.m., motor vehicle accident with damage was reported in the 1000 block of N. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 28 – 1:15 p.m., traffic accident was reported at Ginkgo Ave. and 180th St., Wellman.

Oct. 26 – 12:47 a.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 700 block of N. Marion Ave., Washington. Jessy Armstrong, 26, Washington was arrested for domestic assault 2nd offense.

Oct. 26 – 2:30 p.m., phone harassment was reported in the 800 block of W. Briggs Ave., Fairfield.

Oct. 26 – 12:48 p.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 100 block N. Harrison St., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 26 – intimidation/harassment was reported in the 90 block of 3rd St., Wellman.

Fire

Oct. 28 – 7:48 a.m., caller reported car on fire in the 1000 block of 6th St., Wellman. Wellman Fire, Rescue 92B & 92-17 responded and the fire was extinguished.

Runaway/Missing Person

Oct. 25 – 3:56 a.m., missing/runaway was reported in the 100 block of N. Madison St., Wayland.

Oct. 25 – 6:55 a.m., runaways/missing person was reported in the block of 1000 block of Hwy. 78, Richland.

Oct. 27 – 9:03 p.m., missing/runaway was reported in the 2500 block of S. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Fire

Oct. 25 – 3:46 a.m., alarm was reported in the 400 block of N. Cherry St., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 25 – 10:31 a.m., fire call was reported in the 1000 block of 6th St., Wellman. Wellman Fire was disregarded there was no fire.

Oct. 28 – 7:34 p.m., missing/runaway was reported in the 3000 block of Erickson Ave., Salem.

Oct. 25 – 4:37 a.m., domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of S. Monroe St., Salem.

Oct. 25 – 12:33 p.m., domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of E. Washington St., New London.

Oct. 26 – 2:21 a.m., domestic disturbance was reported in the 2100 block of Jefferson Henry Ave., Lockridge.

Oct. 26 – 10:11 a.m., domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of S. Main St., Salem.

Oct. 27 – 11:46 a.m., disturbance – domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of S. Court St., Fairfield.

Oct. 26 – 12:40 p.m., burglary was reported in the 2300 block of Blackhawk Ln., Mt. Pleasant.

Sexual Assault

Oct. 26 – 2:51 p.m., sexual assault was reported in the 3100 block of Hwy. 22, Riverside.

Oct. 27 – 3:29 p.m., sex offenses was reported in the 300 block of W. Broadway St., Rome.

DUIs

Oct. 26 – 6:22 p.m., Jesse Holubeck, 39, Fairfield was arrested at Glasgow Rd., Fairfield. Holubeck was arrested and charged operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

Oct. 25 – 2:25 a.m., suspicious person/activity was reported at 210th St. and Iowa Ave., Mt. Pleasant.
