Arrest

Aug. 22 - 4:05 a.m., Michael James Proud, 38, of the 1700 block of Roosevelt Street, Clinton, was arrested in the 1600 block of State Street, Bettendorf, on a warrant.

Citation

Aug. 21 - 9:49 a.m., Rollin J. Bontrager of the 700 block of North Iowa Avenue, Washington, was cited for allowing dog to run at large.

Aug. 21 - 3:34 p.m., James Henry Maguire II, 18, of the 400 block of South Court Street, Fairfield, was cited in the 400 block of South Court Street for violation of restricted driver's license.

Vehicle accident

Aug. 21 - 6:30 a.m., a motor vehicle accident, with injuries, was reported at 185th Street and Highway 218, Mt. Pleasant. Lily Duran, 23, of Washington, was cited for failing to maintain control.

Aug. 22 - 3:21 a.m., a car was reported in the ditch at Spruce Avenue and 220th, Ainsworth.

Aug. 21 - 3:02 p.m., a traffic accident was reported at Ninth Street and Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.

Burglary

Aug. 21 - 12:43 p.m., burglary was reported in the 800 block of North Grand Avenue, Mt. Pleasant.

Theft

Aug. 21 - 6:39 p.m., a gas drive off was reported in the 1000 block of West Madison Street, Washington.

Aug. 21 - 10:41 p.m., a cellphone was reported stolen in the 100 block of South Seventh Avenue, Washington.

Aug. 21 - 8:09 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 100 block of South Locust Street, Winfield.

Drugs

Aug. 21 - 7:46 p.m., a narcotic violation was reported in the 100 block of South Main Street, Salem.

Harassment

Aug. 21 - 11:31 a.m., harassment was reported on North Fifth Street, Fairfield.

Missing person

Aug. 21 - 5:47 p.m., a missing person was reported in the 800 block of West Tyler Avenue, Fairfield.

Fire

Aug. 19 - 11:42 p.m., a structure fire was reported in the 3300 block of 260th Street, Fairfield.

Aug. 21 - 9:53 p.m., a barn fire was reported at Orange Avenue and Highway 22, Kalona. It was a controlled burn.

Aug. 21 - 7:08 p.m., a controlled burn was reported in the 600 block of South Jefferson Street, Mt. Pleasant.
