Vehicle accident
Sept. 4 — 2:04 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported at West Green Street and South White Street, Mt. Pleasant.
Sept. 4 — 11:56 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported in the 200 block of East Washington Street, Mt. Pleasant.
Sept. 4 — 11:09 a.m., a traffic accident was reported at South B Avenue and West Main Street, Washington.
Arrest
Sept. 4 — 11:49 a.m., Mariah Shanique Brown, 23, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Washington, was arrested at East Main Street and South Seventh Avenue, Washington, on a warrant.
Sept. 4 — 6:05 p.m., Nathin Daniel Tilton, 26, of the 1000 block of Sixth Avenue, Belle Plaine, was arrested at the Washington County Sheriff's Office on a warrant.

Sept. 4 — 5:01 p.m., assault was reported I the 900 block of South Iris Street, Mt. Pleasant.
Theft
Sept. 4 — 12:15 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 2100 block of East Washington Street, Mt. Pleasant.
Sept. 4, 1:35 p.m., a theft was reported in Washington County.
Fire
Sept. 4 — 11:35 a.m., a controlled burn was reported in the 300 block of Wet Jackson Street, Salem.
Sept. 4 — 6:54 p.m., a possible gas leak was reported in the 100 block of Golf View Lane, Washington. There was no gas leak.
Sept. 4 — 7:01 p.m., illegal burning was reported in the 200 block of A Avenue, Kalona.
